Salary Details: Grade 5 – Hourly rate £13.05–£13.26; Enhanced hourly rate £17.40–£17.68 for work 7 pm–7 am; Salary £25,185–£25,583 for 37 hours or pro‑rata.

Main duties of the job
Derbyshire County Council are looking for Care Workers to join their Community Support Bed Unit at Thomas Fields. This unit focuses on short‑term reablement and assessment. Your role will be supporting clients within the Unit to regain full or partial independence.
We’re looking for someone with a caring personality and a desire to care for others. You will work positively with people, promoting choice and control to encourage independence in personal care, mobility, medication, meal preparation, and working towards their goal‑focused personal service plan.
