Role: Marketing Automation Specialist- Remote
Salary: 50k-60k DOE
Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week
Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for one of the worlds largest Medical Devices businesses.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Activation Manager the Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing automation platforms. This role involves configuring, optimising, and maintaining systems to drive targeted campaigns, nurture leads, and streamline marketing processes. The goal is to enhance customer engagement and achieve marketing objectives through automation technology.
Responsibilities:
* Create automated, integrated marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
* Design innovative and scalable campaign solutions to improve customer experience, Increase operational efficiency, Boost customer engagement
* Use data to inform decision-making.
* Provide expert-level consultation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Translate proposed solutions into functional specifications for technical teams.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business needs, gather requirements and process flows and document features with acceptance criteria
* Design and create customer data segments using Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Maintain and develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and AMPscript.
* Develop dynamic, interactive, and responsive emails, templates, journeys and campaigns using HTML/ CSS/ Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalisation, Cloudpage development
* Maintain data imports and exports using SQL.
* Assist with Requirements gathering, Design specifications, Data mapping, Workflow documentation, Audience building, Campaign scheduling, Testing, troubleshooting, deployment, delivery, and reporting
* Explore and share emerging marketing automation best practices, including Segmentation, Deliverability, Content and design, Compliance

Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
* 3+ years experience with HTML/CSS (XML and JavaScript are a plus).
* Preferred:
* Integration experience with SFDC and other data platforms.
* Salesforce Certifications:
* Ability to build custom email templates using HTML/CSS.
* Advanced understanding and use of SQL and AMPscript.
