* You'll perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures on vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
* You'll use your personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repairs on light/heavy goods vehicles.

A bit about you
* Qualified mechanic: fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent). Own toolkit for standard repairs.
* Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience on a wide range of vehicles, e.g., LCV / HGV.
* Valid UK driving licence: full manual UK driving licence, preferably with HGV and trailer experience.
* High working standards: pride in your work and commitment to effective job completion.
* Flexible to service demands: able to work on a flexible shift rota and support your team as needed.

We are recruiting an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at Southampton Workshop on a permanent contract, with potential earnings up to £65k per annum including overtime.
Working Hours
Full-time, 39.5 hours/week, rotating shifts: Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, Week 2: 10:30 - 19:00. One in three Saturdays required, with a weekday off.
