Role: Marketing and Student Recruitment ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £40,000Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are looking for a Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager to lead an organisation's marketing and student recruitment activities. This is a key role that blends strategic marketing planning, creative campaign delivery, and direct student engagement, helping to ensure strong enrolments across their respected training programmes.Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver student recruitment campaigns for professional training courses.
* Lead on advertising strategies and media planning.
* Manage the organisation's website content, digital marketing, and social media channels.
* Organise and promote open events, webinars, and recruitment fairs.
* Create engaging content, including written copy, graphics, and video.
* Build relationships with prospective students, providing information and guidance throughout their decision-making journey.
* Work closely with academic and operational teams to ensure the student recruitment process is welcoming and efficient.
About You:
* Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or student recruitment role.
* Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
* Confident in planning and delivering marketing campaigns that drive engagement and applications.
* Passionate about education, mental health, and making a difference in the community.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of the Higher Education or charity sectors would be an advantage.
