Project Manager
Ware - Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards, are completed on time and within budget, and support the operational needs of pharmaceutical manufacturing and research.
What are the main responsibilities?
You will manage end-to-end construction and facilities projects, being responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects. You will also:
1. Ensure compliance with GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
3. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
4. Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
5. Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities
6. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
8. Ensure projects are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups.
9. Responsible for owning the permit process for Mitie projects, working with the technical supervisors where required to ensure they are in place and correctly closed.
What are we looking for?
You will have experience as a Project Manager within the pharmaceutical or GMP regulated field leading on managing construction projects including working on HVAC, process utilities, and automation systems, You will be proficient in project management tools and excellent computer skills as well as hold excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
