Supporting the Head Chef in leading a team of 3 to 4 chefs and additional freelancers in catering for up to 150 guests per event
Helping to create and execute bespoke menus for over 180 weddings a year, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Showcasing open-fire cooking techniques, from succulent lamb chops and steaks to woodfire pizzas, burgers, and tacos
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation while keeping kitchen operations running smoothly
