About Your Role
This varied role as Duty Manager involves leading the team, recruiting and training staff, handling customer concerns, increasing memberships, preparing reports, and attending meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and should be a motivated individual. Interviews will be held after the closing date.

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
Previous supervisory or management experience in a leisure facility is desirable. First aid experience is important; becoming a registered first aider is part of the role. An NPLQ qualification is beneficial but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
