ID Recruitment Ltd are working with a fast-growing lead generation business in the solar and home improvement sector who is looking for a hands-on Call Centre Manager to take full ownership of their operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build, scale, and shape a call centre from the ground up, with real influence on performance, structure, and growth.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing outbound lead generation team, focused on booking appointments and building client pipelines.
This isn't just management from the sidelines—you'll be in the thick of it, driving results, improving performance and supporting both your team and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the day-to-day running of the call centre
* Drive performance across lead generation & appointment setting
* Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
* Implement structure, processes, and accountability
* Monitor KPIs including call quality, dial activity & conversions
* Conduct 1-1s, coaching & performance management
* Support onboarding of new clients and campaigns
* Work closely with clients to manage appointment diaries
* Collaborate with senior leadership to scale the operation

* Experience managing a call centre or outbound sales/lead generation team
* Strong understanding of KPI-driven environments
* Proven ability to improve performance and grow teams
* Confident in recruitment, coaching & managing underperformance
* Comfortable balancing team leadership and client relationships
* A hands-on, driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
