An established manufacturing business is currently recruiting for a Sales/Customer Service Administrator to join their busy commercial team. This role would suit an organised administrator with strong customer service skills and the ability to support the business activity in a fast-paced environment.
The position involves working a rotating shift pattern (once a month) to support customers across different time zones.
Key responsibilities:
* Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email delivering excellent customer service
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing quotations and entering pricing information into internal systems
* Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining existing records
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Assisting with marketing administration, including data collection
* Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
* Updating CRM or ERP systems with accurate information
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or customer service role
* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
* 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, including late shifts
