The role
BFS is moving away from fragmented delivery and traditional governance, towards a model that is genuinely Agile, outcome-focused and value-led.
This role sits at the centre of that shift.
This role will strongly appeal to someone with a consulting background. Someone who's worked across multiple projects, clients and operating models, who enjoys bringing structure, pace and clarity into complex environments.
You'll get the chance to:
1. Completely rebuild how transformation is delivered at BFS
2. Shape the mandate, governance, budget and operating rhythm of the transformation portfolio
3. Design and grow a high-performing delivery team of Scrum Masters, PMs and BAs...
