Looking for a role where no two days are the same and you actually make a difference? We’re on the hunt for passionate Support Workers to support children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs across a variety of settings.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting day-to-day routines, including personal care
Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
Helping people access activities, education, and the community
Following support plans and working closely with a supportive team
Creating a safe, positive, and empowering environment
What we’re looking for:
Caring, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
Flexible to work shifts (days, evenings, nights)
Experience is great—but attitude and passion matter just as much (full training provided!)
Strong communication and a calm, patient approach
DBS or willingness to obtain one
