Due to recently secured funding to work alongside the Ministry of Justice and the Probation Service, supporting adult males within the criminal justice system, we are recruiting for a Senior Dependency & Recovery Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the wider team in shaping this new service provision. Our ideal candidate will already be working within the substance misuse/criminal justice field and be looking to move into a more senior role.
This post will work from Maidstone probation office.
Hours: 37.5 per week - we would consider part time applications.
Salary: £32,002.35 - £34,214.20 dependent on experience
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Transform Lives - One Session at a Time!
Join us for a truly impactful role that revolves around delivering personalised therapeutic support to referred Adult Males in the National Probation Service region, guiding them through their probation journey.
As a dedicated member of our team, you'll create bespoke sessions and activities tailored to individual needs, aligning with an agreed Action Plan to support each person on probation.
* Crafting Therapeutic Relationships:Engage in transformative one-to-one sessions utilising a tailored suite of interventions from recognised psychosocial interventions to key work, pod sessions, and group work, your approach will foster positive change and promote harm minimisation through your sessions.
* Action Planning Expertise:Strategically devise Person on Probation Action Plans, customising intensity levels based on Low, Medium, or High needs identified by Probation Practitioners. Each contact with individual will be meticulously updated in the National Probation Service Customer Approved System, ensuring seamless tracking and accountability.
