Job Description
3. Define and execute a TA strategy aligned with business goals and hiring forecasts.
4. Lead and mentor a high-performing TA team.
5. Act as a strategic advisor to engineering/product leadership on hiring needs.
6. Own full-cycle recruitment for critical tech roles-especially senior and leadership hires.
7. Build and manage talent pipelines using creative sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
8. Track and report on TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
9. Ensure compliance with hiring laws and maintain strong candidate experience.
