💷 Salary: £39,500–£41,600 per annum (£19–£20 per hour)
📄 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
* Supervise and guide the kitchen brigade to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
* Manage food preparation and service in alignment with brand standards and health & safety regulations
* Contribute to menu development and creative seasonal updates
* Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a luxury hospitality or fine dining setting
* Expertise in Lebanese, Chinese, or Indian cuisine.
* Legally eligible to live and work in the UK
