Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Development Role)

Salary: Up to £48,000 + Bonus + Benefits
About the Role
We're working on behalf of a major UK infrastructure business delivering long-term highways maintenance and improvement works across a key regional contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with industry exposure, to join an established commercial team and gain hands-on experience across live infrastructure projects.
You'll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle, from early-stage project input through to final accounts, working closely with operational teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting commercial management of projects from pre-contract to completion
* Assisting with subcontractor management (tendering, awarding, valuations)
* Supporting monthly CVRs and forecasting
* Working towards agreement of final accounts
* Building relationships with internal teams and clients
* Ensuring processes are followed to minimise commercial risk
What We're Looking For
* Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards)
* Some industry exposure (placement, internship or 1-3 years experience)
* Interest in infrastructure, highways or civil engineering projects
* Strong numeracy and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
