Mobile Electrical Engineer Central London/M25 Up to £48,000 We are seeking a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and expanding maintenance provider operating nationwide. Role Overview Operating across the City of London, the successful engineer will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks within a portfolio of commercial buildings. This is a mobile role, and a company van with a fuel card will be provided. We are looking for an electrically biased engineer with good mechanical understanding, particularly with systems such as pumps, booster sets, seals, and bearings. Applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in commercial building services maintenance. Key Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Electrical fault finding Working with single and three-phase power Emergency lighting testing and repairs Fire alarm testing and maintenance Distribution board work Maintenance of motors, pumps, bearings, and seals HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, and VRFs Filter and belt changes General fabric and building services maintenance Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations Proven commercial building services maintenance experience Strong communication and client-facing skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Salary & Benefits £45,000 – £48,000 per year Call out negotiable Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Company van and fuel card Company pension scheme Overtime available Ongoing training and development opportunities
