The Role
The CNC Miller vacancy is a hands‑on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low‑volume/high‑value work.
* Set and operate CNC Milling machines including 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machines, ideally Mazak.
* You will be working with Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems.
* Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
* Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards.
* Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision manufacturing business.
* Experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls.
* Experience machining large components (MNB Precision has anything up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter).
* Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
* A reliable, team‑focused approach is required for the CNC Miller role.
