Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, combining both onsite and remote work. As a Client Side Project Manager at Lift Brands, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project planning and execution. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining project documentation, and resolving any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle. You will be expected to run a project from inception to completion, working alongside the broader development team and external partners. The role will include on boarding new contractors and suppliers,Health and Safety compliance, tendering, contractor appointment, weekly site visits, contract management alongside ad hoc industry related tasks
Qualifications
* Previous experience with tendering, contract management and all facets of Health and Safety regulations within the construction industry
* Good understanding of all regulatory compliance
* Degree in construction/project management/building surveying or similar
* SMSTS or SSSTS
