Responsibilities
* Hands-On Learning: Assist with food preparation and basic cooking under the expert guidance of our Chef de Parties.
* Rotate and Learn: Gain experience in different sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish, and butchery, learning from our seasoned senior chefs.

The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel setting would be desirable.
* A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential as you will be part of our chef academy

Situated in the heart of town, the hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Bournemouth Oceanarium, BH2 Leisure Complex, and Bournemouth International Centre, a prime location for major conferences and exhibitions. The hotel boasts 76 bedrooms, including 16 family rooms and 16 sea view rooms, along with 18 one- and two-bedroom timeshare apartments. It also features event rooms for wedding parties of up to 200 guests, complete with private gardens and a terrace.
