Production Operative – Cullompton Area
£12.22 per hour (Basic) | Monday to Friday | Permanent. Own transport is required due to the location.
Hours of Work
* Monday to Thursday: 7am – 3:30pm
* Friday: 7am – 2:30pm
Pay Rates
* Basic Rate: £12.22 per hour
* Overtime Rate: £18.33 per hour
* Sunday Rate: £24.44 per hour
Key Duties
* Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
* Perform regular quality checks during production to identify and resolve issues promptly.
* Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
* Experience in a manufacturing, production, or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
* High attention to detail.
* Understanding of health and safety practices.
* Adaptability with a positive, proactive mindset.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
