Manufacturing Technician My client, a growing manufacturing company based in Slough are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Operative on a full time, permanent basis. This is a varied role, working for a company who value their staff and offer a fantastic working environment. The role involves a variety of manufacturing/production, assembly, and goods‑handling tasks so and would suit candidates who have some kind of manufacturing background and happy in a varied role. Generally, the role would be split approximately 50/50 between manufacturing/production and warehouse duties but may vary depending on company requirements. Main duties: Warehouse: * Receiving goods and conducting visual and basic dimensional inspections. * Processing documentation within the ERP system. * Completing all paperwork required to maintain product traceability. * Packing products for shipment to customers and subcontract service providers. * Preparing shipping documentation and associated records. Manufacturing/Production: * Loading and unloading rumbling machines. * Performing routine maintenance on rumbling machines (e.g., changing water, media, etc.). * Loading and unloading wash plant equipment. * Applying caps to protect fittings. * Pinning components together. * Performing light manufacturing tasks, such as manual bending of tube components.
