Job Description
The Property Solicitor will be:* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations* Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations* Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements* Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service* Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives* Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards* Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
The Successful Applicant
The Property Solicitor should be:* A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE* Experienced or interested in commercial property and asset management work* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail* Able to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively* A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
