I’m working with a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm based near Shifnal who are looking to appoint a Financial Administrator to join their established client services team.
This is an office-based role supporting the wider administration and sales team, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service. You’ll gain real exposure to the financial planning process, working closely with advisers and paraplanners across a wide range of client work.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative and technical support to the practice
• Preparing and maintaining accurate client files and documentation
• Pre- and post-meeting client work and CRM updates
• Processing new business applications and progressing cases with providers
• Liaising with clients, advisers and third parties
• Handling incoming calls and providing a professional client service
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Producing client letters, reports and supporting documentation
• Running reports, illustrations and supporting case progression
What we’re looking for:
• Previous office or administration experience (financial services desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communicator with strong client service ability
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems is beneficial
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
