My client is a well-established UK technology and manufacturing organisation with a strong international presence and a reputation for high-quality products. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and support both operational and strategic decision-making.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day finance operations for multiple group entities. This is a hands-on role combining financial control, reporting, team leadership, and process improvement within a growing and collaborative business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the finance function across group entities.
2. Lead, manage, and develop a small finance team.
3. Prepare and review month-end reporting for budget holders, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
4. Deliver consolidated management accounts with clear analysis and commentary on business performance.
5. Monitor, manage, and forecast group cash flow and working capital.
6. Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, including half-year forecasts.
