The Opportunity:
This role sits within our global Risk & Compliance function, based in
our Glasgow office.
Reporting into the Senior Data Access Control Analyst, this is
fantastic opportunity to join a global team and play a key role in safeguarding our clients' information in line with client expectations and our professional obligations.
The ideal candidate would be a reliable, organised, software conversant with a good eye for detail and analytical skills. Full training will be given.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Information Barrier System: Maintain the firm's information barrier
* system to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
* Facilitating Access: Grant legal and business users access to
* confidential matters on a case-by-case basis in line with client
* requirements and conflict conditions, ensuring sensitive information
* is safeguarded from unauthorised access.
* Revoking Access: Removing user access in line with client
* recertification requirements.
* Insider Lists Compliance: Maintain the firm's insider lists in
* compliance with market abuse regulations
