Exciting new career opportunity for a Senior Claims Investigator to join our Claims Team.
As Claims Investigator, you will achieve operational and quality targets. You will spend your time establishing where the fault lies in employers’ liability, public liability and motor accidents & providing appropriate reports.
You will enjoy using your strong investigative, analytical, relationship management and decision‑making skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to support delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out investigations, determine liabilities and provide comprehensive reports on your findings
* Work at all times within your individual license
* Establish effective working relationships both internal and external with colleagues, brokers, customers and other key companies
* Maintain full understanding of regulations and market agreements / developments
* Strive to achieve operational and quality targets and deliver the company customer service proposition
Requirements
* APA/CIP Qualification
* 5 years’ experience in a similar or relevant role
* Full Clean Drivers Licence as company car will be provided
* Exceptional Coaching Skills with a proven track record of improving performance through coaching.
* A passion for Customer Experience.
* A strong performance record in a Customer Experience role
* Self‑motivation and an ability to work independently without direct supervision
* A keen interest in data and customer insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
