People Partner - Employee Relations | Romsey | £270 per day (Inside IR35, 3‑month contract)

Responsibilities

* Managing a varied caseload of ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness absence cases
* Providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned with policy, best practice and UK employment legislation
* Preparing and reviewing documentation such as meeting notes, invitation letters and performance improvement plans
* Supporting managers during formal meetings with calm, structured and confident guidance
* Maintaining well‑organised, accurate case records that track actions, progress and outcomes


Experience

* Strong, hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end ER casework
* Sound judgement with the ability to assess risk and influence balanced decisions
* Clear, confident communication, particularly when dealing with sensitive or complex issues
* High levels of organisation and accuracy when managing multiple cases
* The ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers at all levels
* Experience supporting neuro‑divergent or ex‑military individuals is advantageous
