Job Description
As a key member of the Commercial team, the Revenue Manager supports the Cluster Directorof Revenue Management (DRM) in executing the resorts Commercial Strategy. This role centres on tactical execution, in-depth analysis, and data-driven insights that drive revenue growth across Rooms, Restaurants, Spa, Golf and other revenue-generating areas.
You will ensure data accuracy, analyse market trends, support pricing and forecasting, and contribute to the resorts distribution and digital optimisation strategies. This developmental role also provides opportunities to deputise for the DRM, supporting leadership growth and contributing to a strong culture of Revenue Management across the hotel.

Responsibilities
Support the DRM in strategic planning and collaborate with profit-generating teams to identify opportunities for incremental revenue across the resort.
Analyse market trends, economic indicators, competitor behaviour, and historical data to identify revenue opportunities and propose tactics.
Contribute to short- and long-term forecasts and support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
Prepare materials for weekly Revenue Management Meetings and actively participate in discussions.
Assist in managing inventory, pricing, promotions, availability, and channel distribution to maximise profitability.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives and OTA/CTO strategies.
Support extranet management, performance reviews, and ensure content accuracy across all electronic channels.
Maintain data integrity across RMS, PMS, CRS, rate shopping, and other core systems in alignment with Accor standards.
Monitor competitor activity and report insights that inform pricing and revenue strategies.
Assist in fostering a strong Revenue Management culture within all revenue-generating departments.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
Minimum2 years of Revenue Management experience.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience withIdeas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales & Cateringis an asset.
Ability to work to deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and uphold company standards.
