Are you a Workday expert with a passion for solving complex problems and supporting business-critical systems?
We are now looking for a Senior HRIS Technical Support Analyst to join our Business Applications team, where you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimising our global HR technology landscape.
In this hands-on technical role, you will act as a systems expert and key support partner to HR, focusing on Workday and its integrations. From ensuring seamless system performance to driving process automation, your contributions will help shape the future of our people technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the technical subject matter expert for Workday and HR systems across the business.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for HRIS users, translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Own the deployment of configuration and code changes across non-production and production environments.
* Maintain and enhance system integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Web Services (REST, SOAP), and related APIs.
* Manage technical aspects of Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Talent, and Reporting.
* Lead technical support during system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor-led bug fixes.
* Ensure data integrity, security, user access, and compliance across platforms.
* Support the HR team with advanced reporting, dashboards (BIRT), and data analysis.
* Explore and apply AI capabilities within Workday to improve automation and efficiency.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement system improvements.
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and liaise effectively with the Senior HR Applications Analyst.
What we are looking for:
* Significant hands-on Workday experience across key modules and integrations.
* Deep technical understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and custom reporting.
* Strong skills in XML, XSLT, EIB, Workday Studio, and data transformation tools.
* Experience managing Workday system environments and integrations in cloud environments.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.
* High proficiency in Excel and solid SQL/data reporting experience.
* Awareness of data privacy and compliance considerations in HRIS environments.
* Experience with Workday data conversion from legacy systems is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
