The Role
This is a hands-on Finance Manager role with real ownership.
You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Control
* Full ownership of monthly management accounts
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Maintaining the general ledger and posting journals
Revenue & Transactions
* Raising invoices and managing accounts receivable
* Supporting day-to-day financial processing
Budgeting & Analysis
* Monitoring performance against budgets
* Supporting stakeholders with financial insights
* Producing ad hoc reports for senior leadership
Compliance & Process
* Supporting audit processes
* Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records
What We’re Looking For
* Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
* Experience in a management accounting role
* Strong Excel skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
