Duties of the Mobile Service Technician include:
11. Conducting vehicle servicing, repairs, and scheduled maintenance to the highest standards
12. Adhering to protocols set by legislation, manufacturer guidelines, and relevant suppliers
13. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive service records
14. Providing technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
15. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
16. Owning and maintaining a valid, full driving licence
17. Carrying relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
18. Demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and a commitment to ongoing professional development

20. Ideally holding MOT testing qualifications and experience within a main dealership; ATA accreditation is advantageous
Candidate requirements for the Mobile Service Technician role:
21. Proven experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician within the automotive sector
22. Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
23. MOT testing capability is beneficial
24. Valid full driving licence
