Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
PQE: 3+ Years
Location: Suffolk
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 2 days from home
A highly regarded regional Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and collaborative team with a strong reputation for handling high-quality contentious trusts and probate work for a broad client base.
The role offers exposure to complex and sensitive matters, alongside the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive environment.
You will manage your own varied caseload of contentious probate and trust disputes while working closely with experienced colleagues on a range of complex matters.
The caseload will include:
* Will disputes, including validity challenges, lack of capacity and undue influence claims
* Inheritance Act 1975 claims
* Trust disputes and breach of trustee duty claims
* Estate administration disputes
* ADR, mediation and litigation matters
The role will involve advising clients through the full dispute resolution process, delivering practical and commercially focused advice while maintaining a highly client-centric approach.
This opportunity would suit a Solicitor or FCILEX with approximately 3–8 years’ PQE and experience handling contentious probate and trust matters.
