Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + £3,000 £6,000 sleep-in payments
Contract: Full Time (39 hours per week)

Our client is opening a new high-intensity childrens residential home in West Norfolk and is looking for passionate and resilient Support Workers to join the team.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people in a residential setting.
Youll act as a positive role model, supporting them through both everyday activities and more challenging moments, helping them grow in confidence and independence.
This role can be emotionally demanding, but it is also incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to truly change lives.
What Youll Be Doing
Providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people
Acting as a positive role model, offering encouragement, patience, and understanding
Supporting young people through daily routines, education, and activities
Helping them build confidence, independence, and life skills
Managing challenging behaviours in a calm and supportive manner
Building trusted relationships and supporting emotional wellbeing
Supporting fun and engaging activities such as trips, sports, and social experiences
Promoting choice, independence, and participation in daily life

What Were Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:

Strong communicators with a positive and proactive attitude
Passionate about supporting children and young people
You will also need:
Experience in care or transferable backgrounds (e.g. education, police, military, security, youth work)
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work shifts, long days, and sleep-ins
