Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

Be Involved with:
Strategic Leadership
1. Develop and deliver a forward-thinking ICT strategy aligned to organisational goals
2. Build a multi-year roadmap covering systems, infrastructure, and digital services
Operational Excellence
3. Oversee day-to-day ICT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction
4. Lead IT service management, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
5. Ensure systems and services meet the needs of staff, volunteers, and stakeholders
Digital Transformation
6. Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies and improved systems
7. Lead key transformation projects from concept through to delivery and review
8. Improve how digital tools support both internal operations and external services
9. Looking to move from Google to a M365 environment
Security & Compliance
10. Own cyber security strategy and ensure robust protection of systems and data
11. Maintain compliance with GDPR and relevant regulatory frameworks
Supplier & Budget Management
12. Manage ICT budgets, ensuring value for money and effective resource allocation
13. Oversee third-party suppliers, contracts, and service delivery agreements
What We’re Looking For:
14. Proven experience leading an ICT function, ideally within a complex or service-driven environment
15. Strong background in infrastructure, cloud services, business systems, and cyber security
16. Experience developing and delivering ICT strategies and transformation programmes
17. Demonstrable success in managing teams, suppliers, and budgets
18. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
19. A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to balance strategy and delivery
Desirable:
20. Experience within the not-for-profit or public sector
21. Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, or Microsoft/Azure
22. Experience of transformations to M365
23. Experience helping set up communication and networks in large events.
