Due to expansion within the International Property team, an opportunity for a Technician / Account Executive has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role as a Technician / Account Executive within the International Property team means that the purpose of your role will be to provide general broker back-up support and liaise with markets and clients as a key member of the team. You must understand the London Insurance Market and International Insurance Markets. Some of your key responsibilities will include Producing MRCs / endorsements and assisting with wordings, working on both Open Market and Lineslip placements, alongside facilitating the processing of tax calculations and debit notes. You will be using PPL or Whitespace to obtain market agreement of slips and endorsements and responding to Xchanging queries. Other duties will include the contribution of retention of clients through planned and coordinated account renewal as well as supporting the identification and development of opportunities for account growth. It is also essential to the role that you assist and develop less experienced members of the team, use the data and analytics produced within the International Property team to monitor KPIs and work with broker producers to educate and manage client expectations. An important element of this role is also to work with broker producers to manage client expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working as an Account Executive or Broker support Technician handling International Property or
Property business alongside having experience of MRC slip production and knowledge of PPL or Whitespace. Alongside this, you should be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, be organised and reliable, be able to work collaboratively with your team and be able to work with a range of employees at different organisational levels. You should be someone who is accurate and pays attention to detail, possesses good written and verbalmunication skills, have good numeracy skills and the ability to work with data. It is also beneficial if you are able to work towards and meet deadlines and have the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload.

What you'll get in return
