The Role
As the Assistant Commercial Manager, you’ll:
The Assistant Commercial Manager will provide commercial support as schemes move towards delivery, ensuring cost, cash flow and budgets are aligned within the broader business planning and agreed Option or Purchase Agreements, Licences and Contracts, for example, cost estimating and cost planning, managing contractor variations, renewing contracts, supporting cashflow management, and working with Development Managers during the planning phase to help control costs.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to residential and commercial, hospitality, and retail schemes within larger, multi-use developments. You’re open to candidates from PQS, Contractor, Developer, or House Builder backgrounds. Ultimately, the decision will be based on their potential, intelligence, and drive to develop and grow within the role.
