We are working with one of our lovely schools in Boscombe (BH1) to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team. About the Role: Deliver whole-class teaching in the absence of the class teacher Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Support lesson preparation and contribute to effective classroom management Assist pupils with SEN, EAL, and additional learning needs Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress and achievement About You: Hold a HLTA qualification or have equivalent relevant experience Have experience leading lessons and supporting full classes Be confident working with a range of learning abilities and needs Demonstrate strong behaviour management and organisational skills Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one) Why Join Us?
