DRIVERS MATE (2-MAN CREW) / HESTON We are recruiting a reliable and physically fit Drivers Mate to join a 2-man delivery crew operating from Heston. This role involves delivering beverages and drinks to commercial customers and requires heavy manual handling. This is a full-time, customer-facing position suited to individuals who are comfortable with early starts and physical work. Role: Drivers Mate 2 Man Crew Contract Type: Temp to Perm Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Start Time: 06:00 AM Start Date: Immediate PAY Standard Rate Weekday (MonFri) Basic Hourly Rate: £12.21 Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £1.65 Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £13.86 Overtime: Not applicable Weekend Work: Not required Pay Frequency: Weekly RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Supporting beverage deliveries as part of a 2-man crew Completing 815 delivery drops per day Heavy lifting of kegs, crates and drink cases Providing professional face-to-face customer service Assisting with delivery checks and paperwork Ensuring load security and safe handling of goods Updating customers with delivery ETAs where required Reporting any delivery issues to the depot EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and customer-focused approach Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with early morning starts Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing if required
