Role and Location
Clinical Administrator to support the work of the CGL-Newham team. The post is based in Newham. Full-time salary: £25,077.00 per year. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments are pro rata based on contracted hours. Location: Newham (borough) and service operations may involve other locations as required.
Responsibilities
* Process and batch print FP10 prescriptions for posting in accordance with service protocol; liaise with pharmacy stakeholders in Newham; ensure operations meet contractual requirements and enable timely and accurate issuing of prescriptions to clients; maintain/update local and central databases; provide timely and accurate data to external and internal stakeholders; record data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual, administrative, financial requirements and CQC clinical standards.
* Support the Administrative team with management and ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone and reception/minute taking duties, building management, support of telecommunications and IT systems to ensure that substance users consistently receive high-quality services.

Hours & Benefits
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Part-time roles are pro rata based on contracted hours.
* Salary: £25,077.00 per year (full-time); pro rata for part-time roles.
