Hotel Group Finance Manager Up to £50k High Wycombe JLH are currently shortlisting on behalf of a fantastic award winning hotel group based near High Wycombe.
What Youll Do Completion of end-to-end financial reporting for the Group, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and consolidations.
Manage Group Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
Respond to financial reporting queries from the business and shareholders.
Assist with the annual audit process and liaise with auditors.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of supplier accounts and balance sheets.
Support and manage daily Group cashflow.
Maintain regular communication with external parties including banks.
Oversee Group expenses and ensure adherence to policy.
Monthly CapEx reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and transformational change.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business performance.
What Were Looking For
CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and consolidation processes.
Extensive experience with accounting systems (currently Xero).
Solid understanding of AP/AR/Payroll.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable -
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally hotels, knowledge of Property Management Systems, and familiar with Fourth or similar Payroll/ HR/ Rota Systems.
