Finance Business Partner (Hybrid Working) – Initial 9-Month Contract Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working) Contract: 9 Months (Potential for Extension) iMultiply are delighted to be supporting a well-established Edinburgh-based organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Finance Business Partner. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, supporting strategic financial planning, budget management, and contributing to both business-as-usual and high-impact transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by translating financial data into meaningful insights. Support budget holders with planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making. Develop and evaluate robust business cases, including detailed cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment, to support strategic investments and key initiatives. Provide financial modelling, scenario planning, and investment appraisal to inform decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and performance tracking. Deliver clear financial commentary and recommendations to drive value and efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role within a large or complex organisation. Strong experience in developing business cases, with the ability to clearly articulate costs, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information. Commercially astute and proactive, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
