Amplience is the AI Content company that combines data, performance insights, and generative AI to support over 400 of the world's leading brands, including Liberty, Mulberry, Argos, and Crate & Barrel, in delivering persuasive, personalized shopping content.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Order Desk Clerk (Deal Desk Support) to support our Sales and Key Account teams. This role is integral to our Sales Operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer contracts and documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about precision, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts and documentation, including creation, approval, and storage.
* Generate and manage order forms, including renewals and new deals.
* Coordinate with Sales and Key Account Directors for review and customer delivery of renewal forms.
* Ensure proper approval and electronic signing of contracts.
* Handle MNDA requests and maintain accurate contract records.
* Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure contract compliance.
* Assist in process improvements and system rollouts related to sales operations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Administration, or Order Management, preferably in SaaS or tech.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with CRM and e-signature platforms like Salesforce and DocuSign.
* Understanding of contract management and legal terminology is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Desirable Attributes
* Experience with SaaS contract structures and compliance frameworks like GDPR.
* Knowledge of pricing models, discounts, and revenue recognition principles.
