Be the Councils technical specialist for mechanical engineering, overseeing compliance, servicing, and projects involving: Heating, hot water generation, hot and cold water services (including managing quarterly water hygiene control tasks), air conditioning services, commercial kitchensOversee mechanical engineering services and construction project delivery and prepare reports, estimates, specifications, drawings and works schedules for quotations or tendering.Oversee a programme of lift inspections and ensure that all in use lifts are thoroughly examined by competent person at specified intervals in accordance with legislation, COPs or otThis is a temporary role working full time hours.Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
