Evenings & Weekends | Bank Staff
Are you hands‑on, people‑focused and ready to play a key role in keeping a vibrant community leisure hub running smoothly?
At Oasis Wintringham Leisure Club, we’re looking for an energetic and proactive Site Facilities & Maintenance Assistant to help us deliver a safe, welcoming and high‑quality experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
You’ll play a key part in:
1. Setting up equipment and preparing facilities for bookings and events
2. Carrying out routine maintenance, cleaning and minor repair tasks
3. Completing basic financial and administrative duties
4. Performing regular site and security checks, inside and outside
5. Ensuring facilities are safe, clean and ready for use at all times
6. Administering basic first aid when required
7. Supporting staff, students, visitors and the general public
8. Helping the leisure team make every user’s experience exceptional

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience, just the right attitude! We're looking for someone who is:
14. Friendly, helpful and great with people
15. Organised, proactive and confident with hands‑on tasks (e.g., setting up equipment)
16. Strong communicator with a positive, “can‑do” attitude
17. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
18. Basic maintenance skills + good understanding of Health & Safety and site security
19. Customer service experience, including handling cash and confidential information
20. Good numeracy and literacy, with willingness to complete required training
21. Committed to safeguarding, professionalism and maintaining high standards
