This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the top 100.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals, passionate about providing world-class customer service. This role offers a basic salary of £20, plus uncapped commission from Service and MOT bookings, as well as product sales including service plans.
You will work an average of hours per week, covering Monday to Friday and Saturday on a rota basis.

Customer Service Centre Executive

About You
We seek ambitious, driven individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be confident, communicative, and enjoy engaging with customers. Your key objectives include providing excellent service, handling booking calls, and building customer relationships to enhance retention.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database use is desirable.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to adhere to company and manufacturer policies.
Working Hours
You will work 6 days per week, averaging hours, with shifts covering Monday to Saturday.
Shift Schedule:
Week 1: 8am - 4pm Mon-Thu, 8am - 3pm Fri, 8:30am - 1pm Sat
Week 2: 10:30am - 6:30pm Mon-Fri
We are closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
