An international manufacturing business is seeking a Logistics Seupervisor to act as the central point for all logistics, customs and transportation activity across the organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through the supply chain, while improving service levels, strengthening supplier relationships and controlling logistics spend. Key responsibilities * Manage day-to-day performance of an outsourced logistics partner against agreed KPIs * Coordinate end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics with manufacturing, sales, finance and product teams * Lead import and export activity and ensure full compliance with global customs regulations * Maintain accurate trade documentation and support audits * Manage and develop relationships with freight forwarders, carriers and transport providers * Monitor carrier performance and drive service and cost improvements * Support management of annual freight and logistics budgets * Deliver continuous improvement and year-on-year transportation cost savings * Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to resolve issues and align best practice About you To be considered for this opportunity you will need a strong background in logistics specifically in managing freight and 3PL.
