Salary: £38,180-£40,511 (£41,733-£42,989 with additional LTA responsibilities)

Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Team Leader (CTL) for Early Years and Education Support.
As a CTL you will support the Director of Curriculum in managing and guiding the curriculum team to achieve performance targets and objectives across the areas of responsibility in line with an agreed set of critical success factors. The role has a particular focus on teaching, learning and assessment and performance management across our Early Years and Education Support department.
You will be an experienced educator within Early Years and Education and industry experience would be desirable. As part of this role you will lead a small team, manage the daily operation of the department and teach up to 18 hours across a range of courses within Early Years, aligned to your skillset to deliver high quality provision to our learners. In this role, you will be able to demonstrate innovative teaching and learning, coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide learners to succeed.
Applicants will hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification alongside appropriate teaching and assessing qualifications. A relevant Higher Education qualification and an Assessor award would be desirable. Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
