About the Role
We are looking for a Product Executive to support the development, launch, and growth of our product range across retail, wholesale, and online marketplaces.
This is a high-impact role where you will contribute to product strategy, category growth, and commercial performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing optimisation.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about consumer products and market trends.
What You will Be Doing
Product Development & Lifecycle
* Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and post-launch optimisation
* Identify new product opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
* Define product positioning, key selling points, and go-to-market approach
Commercial Performance & Analysis
* Track product performance, including sales, margin, and customer feedback
* Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimise product success
* Support forecasting, demand planning, and category performance reviews
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches
* Coordinate product onboarding, pricing, and stock planning
* Support alignment across teams to deliver commercial objectives
Market & Trend Analysis
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
* Conduct regular research across online and offline channels to identify opportunities
* Contribute insights to shape future product development and category strategy
Product Quality & Experience
* Analyse customer feedback and product performance data to identify improvement areas
* Support product optimisation including packaging, instructions, and usability
* Ensure alignment with product compliance and certification requirements
Trade Shows & Product Showcases
* Support planning and execution of trade shows and product exhibitions
* Assist with product selection, preparation, and post-event performance analysis
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4+ years’ experience in product, category, merchandising, or commercial roles
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
* Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, curious, and commercially minded
