An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to join NHS Highland’s Education Learning and Organisational Development team. This senior role will play a key part in developing a compassionate, inclusive and high performing culture across our health and care system. Working in partnership with leaders, managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will design and deliver strategies and interventions that build leadership capability, enhance team effectiveness and support culture change and wellbeing. You will act as a trusted advisor, bringing insight, creativity and evidence based approaches to enable sustainable improvement. About the Role As an OD advisor your key responsibilities include: Leading in the inclusive design, delivery and evaluation of OD interventions (face to face and other digital platforms) Provide expertise on OD approaches, tools models and interventions Lead in the delivery of cultural improvement activities to deliver NHS Highland Startegy Contribute to the continuous improvement of our corporate training offer. About You You will have experience in OD, leadership or change management within a large or complex organisation. Strong facilitation, and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to engage, A relevant qualification in OD, HR psychometric tools is desirable. Competent in using Microsoft Teams and digital tools for learning delivery. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Innovative, with a can-do attitude, and passionate about using best practice to support staff in delivering excellent patient care.
