About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and inclusive primary school. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support to children with complex needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Supporting children with a range of complex needs, both in class and in small group settings. Implementing tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively. Building positive relationships with students to promote engagement and progress. Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and activities. Supporting students' social and emotional development. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in a primary school setting. Strong behaviour management skills. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Willingness to transition onto a permanent school contract. A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting learning.
